Cancellation & Refunds:

You have a period of 2 calendar days from the date of booking to cancel and apply for a refund.

To initiate the cancellation process, you must carry and submit your Token Invoice Number generated on our website www.kptruevalue.com at the time of booking.

Refunds Process:

Upon receiving your cancellation order, we will conduct a thorough inspection. Within 7 days, we will notify you of the verification and cancellation status.

If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The status of your refund will be communicated to you via email, using the email address provided during the booking. You can expect to receive the full credit within 30 business days once your cancellation is confirmed

To process the refund, the original receipt, along with the original Credit Card/Debit Card and Identity Proof, must be presented.

Cancellation Limitations:

You do not have the right to cancel your booking if any of the following instances hold true:

Cancellation is requested post 48 hours of booking.

Failure to present the original receipt, original debit/credit card, or other proof of purchase.

Disputes Regarding Cancellation & Refund:

Any dispute regarding the Cancellation & Refund Policy will be subject to the decision of a Sole Arbitrator appointed by KPTrueValue. The territorial jurisdiction for dispute resolution shall be in Delhi.
